This month, the Spotlight is on The North Shore Industrial Park.
This 14 million dollar buildout was planned and managed by Anthony C. Guglieri from the ground up. With 84,000 feet of wharehouse space and a 25,000 foot mezzanine level, units of all sizes were built out for a wide variety of businesses. Among the larger tenants that call the Dunrite built North Shore Industrial Park home, is the New York City Acess-A-Ride.
